The omega3 and omega6 essential fatty acids (essential because we are unable to produce them) have recommended intake dosages which vary according to the special physiological state (e.g. during pregnancy they are essential for the development of the fetus).

These intervene in the regulation of cardiovascular and immune processes and fight the inflammatory state.
