Lifelong learning represents two levels

From a society-wide perspective, it is significant in order to maintain and increase the competitiveness of the economy as a whole. It reflects a higher pace of globalization, technological and innovative progress. At the same time, an individual positive approach to lifelong learning increases civil responsibility and promotes social cohesion in society.
